Deceased was taking out side in a wall, between an old bord and a going bord only 6 feet apart, when a piece of stone, 6 feet long, 4 feet 6 inches wide, 10 inches thick from between slips on to him. The place was not timbered according to the rule in force. The stratum of stone that fell was down in the old bord, and a prop should have been set in the opening.
