The colliery company have laid lines of tramways along the rows of collier houses and coal for them is led along them the workmen’s use in small wagons. As the boy accompanied by his mother was walking along a main street four wagons laden with coal were being drawn by a horse in charge of a driver along a tramway in a back street crossing the main street at right angles and deceased was run over by them.
