Deceased had been engaged unlashing tubs from an endless rope, and was found buried under a large fall of roof, which had been caused by the last three tubs of a set of empties getting off the road and knocking out two props. The accident was probably due to deceased delaying too long before attempting to detach the hack lashing chain, with the result that the rubs were pulled across the road, and knocked out the props.
