He was found lying between one of the rail roads quite dead. His duty was to work the slides to fill the wagons with coal from a washer and to take the number of the wagons he had nothing to do with the moving of them. No one saw the accident occur but it is probable that be had been passing in front of the wagons as they were being lowered and had gut his foot fast in a crossing and before he could get it loose he bed been knocked down and killed.
