The truckman lowered an empty truck down from the sidings, and allowed it to bump into the trucks being filled under the coal spouts. The morning was wet and the rails greasy. Deceased, who was not under the spouts when the truckman went to get the empty truck, was afterwards found lying outside the rails parallel to the trucks, dead. He had fractures of the lower jaw and of the base of skull. He had evidently been struck on the back of the head by the trucks which were bumped down.
