Deceased put an empty tub on chain, and told the drawer at first cut in brae, 16ft. up, to shove over who did so but having failed to attach the chain to his loaded tub it ran amain, and before deceased could clear himself he was caught. He died twenty days after. Had deceased obeyed the rule to stand clear while tubs are in motion no accident would have occurred.
