Inspection made. They were taking a ribbing and working the pillar on the lower side of an old level in the Arley Mine when a sudden weight came over the place probably as the deceased was found in the old level where a piece of rock roof had fallen upon him. His working place was well propped and no fall having taken place at the time there.
