Fall of roof on road. Deceased had taken out two pairs of timber at the mouth of a stall, and had ripped about two tons of roof down. Instead of completing the ripping he commenced to clear away the rubbish, when a few stones fell on his head and shoulders and dislocated his neck. The roof was much broken at the spot and he ought to have finished ripping before doing anything else Four Feet seam.
