Fall of overhanging clod from face. Should have been pulled down. Fining coal into tub, when it fell on his leg causing simple fracture only, yet a week afterwards lie died. Medical evidence, proved from post-mortem, the cause of death was long-standing Bright's disease. Jury decided that the accident accelerated death. Died 27th September.
