Fall of roof in a working place came by a slip and smooth parting. He was told to work in another place but was permitted to go and fill some coal which was lying loose in the one the fall occurred in, where he previously worked. The coal at the corner was crushed and he was tempted to get it. This coal should have been worked from the next place.
