Deceased was a drawer from a stooping place to the top of a short brae dipping 1 in 4. He brought his loaded tub from the face and getting in front appears to have turned it on the plates opposite the rails with a view to running it when it came forward and running over the top pushed him in front crushing and firmly fixing him to the roof.
