Fall of roof on road. While assisting, with six other men, to raise a collar 13ft. in length to the top of the arms, a small fall of side occurred, and before O’Neill got away a large fall of roof followed. He was found dead when the debris was removed. The other men succeeded in escaping. A double parting or siding was being made at the place and the roof consisted of shale containing joints. Six feet seam. Safety lamps.
