Whilst repairing main horse road a hole drilled for a shot in that which fell from the opposite side to that where fireman was engaged with a bar levering down roof. Deceased was told by fireman to stand back. Without telling Greman deceased moved forward in order to pull back a tub to prevent its being damaged. This cost his life. (Died 2~th December.) (Good roof.)
