Deceased was lowering air empty wagon on the rail track next to the walling of the winding engine-house. He was not familiar with the road and the light was bad. He walked beside the wagon with his hand on the brake lever, and as the space between the wagon and the walling gradually narrowed. He was fatally crushed.
