Deceased was charging a shot-hole with dynamite when the charge exploded, fatally injuring him. Two separate cartridges were first put in, and then two others side, by side, and these two cartridges appear to have jammed at some irregularity in the hole, and exploded when extra force was used to get them forward. Two other men were injured.
