Deceased had to mind a landing, through which ran a middle road to another landing further inbye. A set signalled to go to the far off landing ran into the empty tub side of deceased's landing, collided with some tubs standing there, and drew out some roof supports, and he was caught under a fall of stone. He had reason to think the set was going into his landing, but he ought not to have altered the points, which it appears he had done.
