On road cliff 15 ft. by 6 ft. by 29 ins. thick. Deceased and two other men were enlarging an airway driven through the gob by taking about 4 feet off one side. The roof commenced to work and deceased retreated and stood under a pair of timbers. Unfortunately a lag gave way and he was crushed by the fall. The roof should have been supported by double timbers. Six feet seam.
