Fall of roof at face, coal and clod, 13.5 ft. by 2 ft. by 37 ins. thick. Deceased knocked out two sprags set for the purpose of supporting overhanging coal, and while doing something at the face, the coal and clod fell on him. He should have pulled the coal down before doing anything else. Six-feet seam.
