Deceased had taken full tub along his level to endless rope jig brow, having to wait, to get out of the air current he crossed the jig to sit in a manhole, when the rope started he was attempting to re-cross in front of moving empty tubs when the first of those caught his head crushing against the roof at the corner of the level.
