Deceased was standing on a short ladder when he slipped, and struck his foot with a key which he was holding. He continued at work until the end of his shift. He was under medical treatment for the inflamed foot and was found dead in bed on August 5th. Death was due to a large clot of blood in the aorta, carried by circulation from the seat of the injury.
