On road, rock, 5.5ft. by 4ft. by 6ins. thick, fell as deceased was attaching his horse to a tram. Two rippers had been ripping roof at the spot, and having failed to get this stone down, allowed deceased to go under it. Travelling on that road should have been stopped until the stone was got down. He died on the 8th July, 1905. No.3 Rhondda seam.
