Deceased, while pushing behind three empty wagons on a flat cross-over road was run into by a string of 30 empties which were being let down the main road. The wagons were let down purposely with the object of bumping the three on the flat place. Deceased could not have understood what was being done though the shunter maintained that he told him personally what he was going to do.
