Fall of roof at face cliff 15ft. by 3ft. by 21ins thick. The collier had been told by the fireman half an hour before to set a prop and to put up a pair of timbers. He of was getting the pair of timbers ready when the fall occurred. There were 120 sq. ft. of roof unsupported. Four feet seam.
