Fall of roof at face, fireclay, 4 ft. by 5 ft. by 15 ins. thick, fell on deceased as he was watching the collier boring a vertical shot hole for the purpose of blowing down the rippings, part of which fell. The collier evidently considered the rippings strong, or he would not have bored a shot hole in it to bring it down. Two-feet-nine seam.
