Deceased was on the night shift on Saturday night and had some liquor. About 11 o'clock he went on top of dross hole at the boilers presumably to go down a fixed ladder inside to spread forward material for boiler furnaceman, and while on top he apparently overbalanced and fell among the material and was suffocated.
