A loaded trolley which was being along a tramway tipped and a stone weighing about 15cwt. fell on him and crushed his head while apparently a stooping position. Whether trigger worked loose as suggested thus allowing the trolley to tip whether the trigger was released thinking deceased was clear open to question. Even in the case the man who did it had reason to think that he was clear of stone.
