Deceased was brushing a longwall place where the inclination was 1 in 3, and where all the brushing except 10 inches was pavement brushing. The pavement brushing had been taken forward, and he was levering down the top when a part from the roadside came over suddenly from a lype. He was caught about the back and so severely injured that he died on November 24th.
