A piece of sandstone 5 ft.by 4 ft by 2 ft. thick fell out of the side of the quarry on to deceased who was working near it. The quarry had only been open a short time and there was a good deal of gravel between the stones. Deceased is said to have repeatedly sounded the stone that day.
