A tub had been filled 11 yards from the gate end On a gradient of 1 in 11, and was held in position by one, wooden locker holding two wheels, and a drag was fixed at the back. Deceased removed the drag while, his mate assisted at the back of the tub. When the drag was removed the locker broke, and deceased was pushed in front of the tub and fatally crushed against a prop at the gate end.
