Details of Event
A stone weighing about 9 tons had been placed on other two close to and behind where the deceased was working. It cannot have been done securely, because the loose rope from the crane which had just been detached from another stone came against it and caused it to topple over and crush the deceased against the stone at which he was working, and fatally injured him.
