At the working face from between two pronounced slips, known, large quantity of roof brought down four props deceased was chipping the top coal to prepare for a square chock to be built; the fireman had suggested a chock placed three hours before the fireman ought to have ordered it and seen that deceased commenced to build the chock. Deceased filled five tubs of coal after the fireman left. (Average roof).
