Deceased was using an iron drag 2 feet 9 inches in length as a crowbar to prize back some long props on to a timber tram to enable him to unhook a coupling chain. The crowbar slipped as he was pulling at it, and the end of it struck him in the abdomen rupturing a small intestine. He died two days later. Died 12th.
