Inspection made and inquest attended. He had been assisting his drawer to put his tub on the road and had stopped to put the rail in its position when a fall of side occurred upon him fatally injuring him. The bars were 10ft apart. The fireman had noticed the place as not being very safe and put off repairing it thinking it would last the day out. He should have had the place attended to without delay.
