Inspection made and inquest attended. He was following behind a set of full tubs up the endless rope haulage brow when the tubs caused a rail to rise from the road behind the tubs which got lifted also with the lashing chain attached which crushed the deceased against an iron girder supporting the roof. The road was not in the best of order owing to the wet floor lifting.
