Deceased was finishing the setting of a bar at the longwall face immediately opposite the end of a gate-road when a large fall occurred reeling a bar 4ft. 6ins. from face and burying deceased. The fall was from a slip along one side, extended over an area of 10 feet by 12 feet, and was 2ft. 6 ins thick.
