Deceased was crossing a gangway on which a section of the fence was movable to allow dirt and manure tubs to be tipped. This fence rail does not appear to have been replaced securely. There was a high wind and he was seen to he blown against the fence and grasp the insecure rail. He fell with it to the ground, a distance of 14 feet 9 inches, and was instantly killed.
