13 January 1920: Cleland – Sad Occurrence – About 8.15 on Tuesday evening, Francis M'Nally, 19, labourer, Omoa Road Cleland, was found lying dead on a dirt bing at Murdostoun Colliery, death having been caused by electrocution. [Hamilton Advertiser 17 January 1920]
