Deceased was driving two empty tubs inbye, on a road 12 feet wide and 4 feet 9 inches high, and was sitting in the first tub. The pony stumbled and fell, causing deceased to lurch forward, and also the front end of the tub to tilt upwards, causing the upper part of his chest to be crushed between the edge of the tub and the roof. He died the following day.
