Deceased was driving a set of three full tubs away from the flat, and was subsequently found lying pushed at the side of the road at a narrow place. He may possibly have attempted 10 pass his set and accidentally caught his head against a low baulk at this place, one of the tubs at the same time catching him in the back, and breaking his neck. There was plenty of room on the other side of the road.
