Deceased had charged a hole with gunpowder, fired it with fuse, at the same time another miner fired a heavy shot, 1lb. 8 ounces of powder. One shot exploded, deceased assumed it was his, rushed to see what work was done, as he arrived at the shot it exploded. The two shots were 25 yards apart.
