Details of Event
Crushed between buffers of waggons whilst standing where he had no work to do. Standing between buffers of stationary waggons. Two full waggons being lowered from the dirt shoot got beyond the control of the attendant and ran against the stationary waggons. An alarm was given and deceased was coming out when the buffers jammed together and crushed him.
