Inspection made and inquest attended. He was sent to empty bricks out of a tub which was placed near a wheel around which a haulage rope was passing. The haulage rope caught him and took him round the wheel fatally injuring him. He succumbed to the injuries on the 27th inst. Cause want of care and thought on the part of the person in charge.
