Deceased had bean endeavouring to unhook a miner's pin or token from a nail underneath the body of a loaded tub. While crossing in front of the tub his foot was caught by the creeper chain which dragged him fracturing and tearing off the leg the knee. He succumbed to the injuries on the following morning.
