There were two sets of rails from under the screens which converged to a single line. Deceased had left three wagons on one line so near the points that they fouled the other line. He must have forgotten them, for he afterwards lowered six wagons on the other line controlling them by the front brake. His back was towards the set of three and he was caught between the sides of the two sets as they grazed each other.
