Falls in Mine (b) Falls of Roof – In the course of clearing away a fall of roof which took place at a cross roads near a pump house, he exposed himself under a weak roof in order to break a large stone. A further fall of half-a-ton of black fakes took place ad crushed him, causing internal injuries and fractures of the leg and arm. He died four hours later.
