Deceased was pushing an empty tub against a slight gradient when a loaded tub, which had run away from a branch road above crashed into his tub, and he was fatally crushed between his own tub and the side wall. The tub belonged to another drawer, who apparently had failed to put in a snibble to control it, and he let it go and it ran free until it met deceased's tub. The runaway had gone a distance of 30 yards.
