15 July 1936: Fatal Sequel to Fife Colliery Accident - Irvine Thomas Beveridge, 46 Broad Street, Cowdenbeath, died in Dunfermline and West Fife Hospital yesterday from injuries sustained through being crushed by hutches in the Lochgelly Splint Dook of Mossbeath Pit, Cowdenbeath.
