Deceased was hanging on a tub at the foot of a short wheel brae and before it had been completely hooked on shouted to the drawer at brae head to shove over. This was done more promptly than he expected the end of the chain was jerked away and the full tub ran down struck the corner of the empty one and drove it against deceased causing injuries which resulted fatally two days afterwards.
