Deceased was working in a level along with a Collier who was breaking away a fresh cut along the waste side of a pillar. About a foot of coal had been worked off, and a prop set under the new roof, when a sudden weighting caused the timber in the level to collapse, and deceased was completely buried under the resulting fall. The fall displaced four or five bars and the supporting props none of which were broken.
