Deceased put a tub on to the rope at the foot of a short brae and another drawer put a loaded tub on at the top end and pushed away; as soon as the latter applied the brake to the wheel the axle broke and tubs ran back, and deceased was shouted to stand clear; he evidently mistook the shout and stepped in front of the runaway tubs.
